What happens after my 3 free stream runs?
You keep access on the Starter (free) plan: one destination per stream run, basic overlays, and chat while live. Upgrade to Creator anytime for unlimited destinations and full features.
Does Creator remove the overlay watermark?
Yes. Starter includes a small Ember Studio watermark on overlay packages. When you subscribe to Creator, that watermark is removed by default. You can optionally turn Ember branding back on in package settings if you want to show it.
Can I cancel Creator anytime?
Yes. Manage billing from Settings → Billing. If you cancel, Creator features remain until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to Starter.
Is annual billing available?
Yes — Creator annual is $79/year (~$6.58/mo, Save ~$29/yr vs monthly).
Do you relay my stream video?
No. Video goes directly from OBS to each platform. You pay for Ember's command center — not cloud bandwidth markup.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Card details are stored by Stripe, not on our servers.
